Thailand’s rugged limestone rocks, which are partially covered with jungle vegetation, are an attractive winter destination among European and North American climbers. Most of the climbing gardens on the Railay peninsula – which is also known as Rai Leh – are located on the beach and can be reached using traditional Thai long-tail boats.
